Vancouver Construction Waste Disposal

Vancouver construction waste is one of our specialties. Futerra services the Greater Vancouver Regional District in beautiful British Columbia. We handle construction waste for house renovations, large construction projects – anything that generates a large volume of waste.

When you have a large volume of rubbish that needs to go straight to the landfill, you want a quick turnaround time. We’ll get the job done right — on budget and on schedule. And if your construction project generates hazardous waste or waste that can be recycled, we can handle that too. Properly.

Roll off bins are one of the best options for getting rid of your construction waste. All our drivers are trained for dumping of demolition (C&D) waste.

We Gonna Take it to the Moon

No job is too big or too small for our team. Give us the goods and we’ll take care of the rest. With over 200 construction waste bins and 5 trucks in our fleet, we can handle your waste disposal project, no problem.

Anywhere you don’t think you can put a bin, Mark’s guys can put it there. There’s barely any room for error and they get it done without causing any damage.

Worried About Asbestos?

Asbestos is a known carcinogen (cancer-causing agent) that is contained in over 3000 building materials that were made before 1990. Materials that may include asbestos include:

  • Heat and noise insulation, including acoustic ceiling tiles
  • Fire resistant materials
  • Cements and plasters including drywall tape/mud

Asbestos can be disposed of if properly prepared. If you want to dispose of heat and noise insulation, you must have the original packaging that shows your materials do not contain asbestos or have a certificate of analysis from an accredited laboratory.

If you’re not sure if it’s asbestos, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Lab testing can be relatively expensive up front but can save you a lot of money at the landfill later on.

If it is asbestos, don’t hesitate to contact us to dispose of it as soon as possible. Your certificate of analysis must be within the last 30 days and include information about the amount and type of asbestos as well as the steps taken to analyze it.
